Mr Philip Reeves is a highly skilled decorative painter who has worked extensively and regularly on our home in Applecross for over a decade.

Renaissance Decorators undertook the elaborate decoration of a significant extension and renovation.

Two ceilings that were decorated were "individual winners" in the Ceiling of the Year awards presented by the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industries of WA.

Delighted with his work, they have undertaken further projects such as:

• marbling and restoring faux marble
• faux block work
• gilding
• stippling
• antiquing concrete surfaces
• restoring damaged antique paintings and objects d'art
• painting the interior of the home to ensure a cohesive whole  following the extensive renovations.

For later projects, Mr Reeves was joined by Mr Shane Dearie who is also an accomplished painter and decorator. Mr Dearie brings metalwork skills to the assignments and they have welded and spray-painted decorative gates and fences. They completely restored a metal gazebo which involved comprehensive replacement of rust segments.

I can vouch for the excellent standard of work as accomplished and knowledgable painters and decorators.

They are honest, trustworthy and of good character. I affirm that they are excellent decorative painters with a wide skill base.

I have recommended them highly to prospective clients and continue to engage them periodically for major projects and ongoing maintenance.

The work that I have required them to do has been elaborate, faultless and of a superior standard.
